Registered Dental Hygienist (Sign-On Bonus + Monthly Bonus)

With 2 Doctors, 3 Assistants, 2 Front Desk members, a dedicated Hygiene Coordinator, and a strong existing hygiene team, this 5-operatory practice (soon expanding to 6!) runs like a well-oiled machine. The Schedule

Enjoy a predictable, balanced work week with no weekend hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description & Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing full periodontal records and assessments.
• ​​​​​​​Executiting scaling, root planing, and routine prophylaxis.
• Taking high-quality digital X-rays and digital impressions as required.
• Providing polishing and fluoride treatments.
• Maintaining meticulous, accurate electronic patient charts and records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure:  RDH in good standing with the local regulatory college.
• ​​​​​​​Experience: While 2+ years of experience (with a well-kept professional portfolio) is ideal, new graduates are absolutely welcome to apply! *
• Certifications: Any and all advanced certifications/modules are highly valued and will directly increase your earning potential.
• "Must-haves" for success: highly organized, willing to learn, positive attitude.
