We are a private growing FFS/PPO Practice looking for a hygienist to be able to make dentistry a fulfilling career at our practice. We are looking for a high-quality hygienist to start at our practice.

We are looking for someone to partner up with many years to come, so if you are considering something short term then this is not the right fit. We really want you to be successful. We pride ourselves on doctor/hygiene collaboration in a very positive environment all while having fun along the way!

Core Competencies:
· Minimum of 1 years Dental Hygiene Experience (preferred)
· Ability to Co-Diagnose Treatment and Get Treatment Acceptance from Patients
· Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required
Essential Functions:
· Mastery in radiographs, periodontal scaling and root planing, oral hygiene instructions and case presentation
· Excellent communication skills
· A willingness to help in all areas of the practice as we grow.
· A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule
· Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
