Registered Dental Hygienist

THE OPPORTUNITY
The hygiene chair at Champions Pediatric Dentistry isn't just a cleaning appointment — it's often a child's first real relationship with dental care. We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who understands that and shows up every day ready to prove it.

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, well-run pediatric dental office in Spring, TX. If you're someone who genuinely connects with kids, works efficiently inside a high-volume practice, and takes pride in clinical excellence — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work alongside a clinical team that's already in a groove. Your role is to deliver thorough, patient-centered hygiene care in a pediatric environment where every child leaves with a positive experience — and every parent leaves with confidence in our practice.

Perform prophylaxis and fluoride treatments
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene habits in an age-appropriate, engaging way
Document accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards
Work efficiently within a structured schedule without compromising quality of care
Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Represent the practice with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for pediatric care
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Pediatric hygiene experience is required for this role. Beyond that, here's what we're looking for:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
Pediatric dental hygiene experience required
Experience in a PPO and/or Medicaid environment preferred
Current CPR certification
Bilingual a plus
Must be willing to work at our sister office, Wheeler Pediatric Dentistry in The Woodlands, when needed — primary location is Champions Pediatric Dentistry in Spring, TX
HIPAA awareness and professional demeanor in all patient interactions
