What You'll Do
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments
Take diagnostic radiographs
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations
Record comprehensive clinical notes and periodontal charting
Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to patients
Collaborate with doctors and team members to create an exceptional patient experience
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
Help create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates
What We're Looking For
Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
Ability to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages
Excellent attention to detail and clinical skills
Comfortable using dental software and digital imaging technology
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
