Job Description
Dentique Dental Spa is a luxury dental wellness experience in the heart of Yaletown, designed to redefine what a visit to the dentist feels like. From our thoughtfully curated environment to our personalized approach to care, every detail is intentional.
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who shares our passion for exceptional patient care, beautiful surroundings and a refined, hospitality-driven experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Dentique and play a meaningful role in shaping our culture, patient experience, and clinical standards. The position will initially be Thursdays and Saturdays, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the clinic expands.
About the Role
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dentique, you’ll provide exceptional clinical care while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for and genuinely valued.
You will:
Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride and preventive treatments
Build genuine relationships with patients and create a warm, personalized experience from start to finish
Educate patients about their oral health and provide thoughtful, individualized recommendations
Take radiographs, intraoral photographs, digital records and iTero scans as required
Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning
Maintain impeccable standards of infection prevention, sterilization and operatory presentation
Contribute to a calm, polished and welcoming clinical environment
Help establish the high level of service and care that will define the Dentique experience
Participate in the growth and development of an elevated dental practice
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, warm, polished and genuinely passionate about people.
The ideal candidate:
Holds a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license with the College of Dental Hygienists of BC
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Tracker software is an asset
Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care
Is professional, personable and naturally attentive to detail
Has a positive, can-do attitude and takes initiative
Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing team
Understands that luxury healthcare is about more than clinical excellence—it’s about how patients feel throughout their entire experience
