Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. Duties
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Provide oral health education and personalized care instructions to patients of all ages, including pediatrics
Assist with patient examinations and record keeping using Dentrix or similar dental management software
Support the dentist during procedures, including preparation and sterilization of instruments
Manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and medical histories using appropriate medical terminology
Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns
Experience
Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations
Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred, especially with pediatric patients or orthodontics
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable
Knowledge of orthodontics procedures and pediatric dentistry is a plus
Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse patient populations
Experience with dental assisting tasks, understanding of medical terminology, and strong customer service skills are beneficial for success in this role
Pay: $55.00-$61.32 per hour
