Job Description
Full or Part time RDH position (Victoria, BC)
Anchor Dental Centre (Esquimalt)
Busy, family focused office seeking permanent RDH
Working days and hours are quite negotiable, the current office schedule is as follows, but you will decide which days/hours work best for you:
Monday 9-5
Tuesday 10-7
Wednesday 9-5
Thursday 10-7
Friday 8-1
Saturday 9-2

Scheduled appointments are 1hr long and lunch break is also 1hr.
Hourly wage $60-$65/hr. We provide a monthly production bonus, 2x yearly uniform allowance, as well as full healthcare benefits and there is on site parking.
We use digital radiographs (CADI) & charting (cleardent). The office is closed for Christmas Dec 18-Jan 4, and we offer a lot flexibility in requests for time off.
Our ideal candidate is independent, friendly, and has strong communication skills.
The position is open to new grads or established hygienists who are looking for a relaxed office. We have one dentist (the owner) with two assistants, three administration staff, and three active hygienists.
