We're Hiring: Dental Hygienist (FT/PT) – Join a Thriving, Values-Driven Practice
Location: Walnut Creek, CA | Position Type: Part-Time with Full-Time potential

Walnut Creek Dentists is looking for an outstanding Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a private, doctor-owned practice established in 1954 and is continuing to grow. We prioritize comprehensive care, patient experience, and team culture.

Your Role Will Include:
Performing thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing visits with a focus on long-term health
Educating patients with confidence and empathy about home care, disease prevention, and treatment needs
Charting, taking X-rays, and using intraoral photography to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Administering local anesthesia, fluoride varnish, SDF, and laser therapy when indicated
Collaborating closely with doctors and assistants in a team-based model of care
What We’re Looking For:
A current California RDH license in good standing
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus, but not necessary (ability to learn quickly)
Diode laser experience (or willingness to complete training)
A team player who believes in excellence, integrity, and patient trust
Schedule & Compensation:
Starting with at least Fridays 7 or 8 am - 2pm with the possibility of growth into Full-Time
