Benefits in addition to hourly rate provided:
Benefits amounts based on 1200 hours and are approximate. Pension figures based on over 20 years of maximum funding data.
1. Twelve days paid time off/vacation immediately earned monthly
12 x 7 hours. $ 2688.00 / 1200 hours $2.24/hour
2. Free Unlimited Online Continuing Education - Spear Education
3. 3% Safe harbor contribution $1116.00 .93/hour
4. Pension Plan 401 K plan maxed out team last 20 years.
Yearly benefit to employee- over $ 2600.00
5. Total pension benefit per year $ 4000.00 hourly benefit 1200 hrs/year $3.33/hour
