NOW HIRING REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENISTS!
Join Our Growing Dental Family in Lake Worth & Wellington, FL
We are growing and looking to add TWO amazing Registered Dental Hygienists to our team!
Current Openings:
Part-Time RDH – Lake Worth, FL
3 days per week
Full-Time RDH – Wellington, FL
Monday–Friday schedule

Your Role:
As a valued clinical team member, you’ll provide preventive and therapeutic dental care while helping patients achieve healthier smiles through education, compassion, and excellent clinical care. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about building long-term patient relationships while delivering high-quality hygiene care.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care
Educating patients on oral hygiene and overall dental health
Taking digital radiographs and completing accurate charting
Identifying and communicating periodontal concerns and treatment needs
Supporting a positive and efficient patient experience
Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care
What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida RDH license
Local anesthesia certification preferred
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Passion for patient education and preventive care
