Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Our established, patient-focused private practice in Palm Beach Gardens is searching for an exceptional hygienist who is passionate about patient care, enjoys building lasting relationships, and works collaboratively with the doctor to provide outstanding clinical outcomes.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process, you'll begin by working 3 days per week during your first month, then transition into a full-time schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and every other Friday from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. (Days are flexible and also open to starting at 4 days)

What You'll Do
As an integral member of our clinical team, you'll provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care while helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. You'll partner closely with the doctor to identify treatment needs, educate patients, and create an outstanding patient experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For
Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license
Local Anesthesia Certification (Required)
5+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience
Outgoing, warm, and personable with exceptional communication skills
Ability to build strong rapport with patients and create lasting relationships
A true partner to the doctor who values collaboration and comprehensive patient care
Strong periodontal knowledge and excellent clinical judgment
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing a five-star patient experience
