Job Description
Our small, locally-owned private practice located in West St. Paul is searching for a full-time dental hygienist to add to our team! Our mission is to provide quality comprehensive care in a positive and uplifting environment for both patients and providers. Responsibilities:
Perform scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and prophylaxis.
Capture high-quality radiographs and ensure radiographs on file are current
Apply fluoride
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain hygiene hand pieces and instruments in good repair and sufficient supply
Assist with the development of treatment plans
Utilize aseptic techniques to support the dental team.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care in a professional manner.
Technology and operatory layout:
Open Dental
Schick digital sensors
3 op layout
Piezo ultrasonic scalers
Cavitron ultrasonic scaler
Schedule:
Full time Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. No evenings, Fridays, or weekends!
Compensation and benefits:
$50-56/hr
Comprehensive benefit package including but not limited to IRA, dental coverage (employee and family), uniform, CE, paid holidays, sick and safe pay, paid vacation, CPR, professional membership dues, dental license dues
