Registered Dental Hygienist
Looking for a hygienist who believes healthy smiles start with healthy gums.
We're seeking an experienced, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing dental practice. Our ideal teammate is someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, values clinical excellence, and understands that periodontal co-diagnosis is one of the most important responsibilities of the hygiene department.
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys comprehensive assessment and diagnosis
Is confident discussing periodontal disease with patients in a way they can understand
Believes prevention and education is key to patient care
Works collaboratively with doctors and teammates to create exceptional patient care
Wants to be part of a positive, accountable, drama-free team
Responsibilities
Comprehensive charting and diagnosis
Review medical histories and assess overall oral health
Deliver individualized preventive and periodontal treatment
Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections
Identify and communicate treatment needs with confidence and compassion
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
