Job Overview
Hoekwater Family Dentistry is looking for a part time Dental Hygienist on Fridays from 7-2 .We are open to discuss Every other Friday or every Friday .
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary habits, and preventive care strategies.
Take and develop diagnostic radiology images such as X-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
Monitor patient conditions during treatments, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
Maintain strict adherence to medical documentation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and confidentiality protocols.
