Registered Dental Hyigienist - Multiple Locations

This is an opportunity with a rapidly growing DSO organization with established dental practices in Connecticut and New York. We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Dental Hygienists to join their clinical teams in multiple locations.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with no weekends, offering a stable schedule, supportive team environment, and strong long-term career potential.

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and periodontal health. In this role, you will work closely with dentists and the clinical team to provide high-quality hygiene care and help patients maintain excellent oral health.

Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health screenings
Take X-rays as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Support dentists with treatment planning and patient care
Document patient treatment accurately
Maintain infection control and clinical standards
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and front-office team members to support a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
Active RDH license in NY or CT, depending on the practice location
2+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred
Experience with cleanings, periodontal treatment, X-rays, and patient education
Strong communication and patient care skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the dental team
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
Compensation
Expected pay range: $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience, license, and location.
