Registered Dental Technician (RDT) – Dental Laboratory
Location: Moncton, NB
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Open, based on experience
Job Overview:
A dental laboratory in Moncton is seeking a Registered Dental Technician (RDT) to join its team. The RDT designation is required and is non-negotiable for this role.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with repairs and relines, along with the ability to support and help grow the laboratory’s business throughout Atlantic Canada. Crown & Bridge experience and digital dental experience would be considered strong assets.
Responsibilities:
Perform and support removable work, including repairs, relines, and related cases
Help ensure cases are completed accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards
Communicate professionally with dental offices, doctors, and internal team members
Support customer relationships and help grow business opportunities across Atlantic Canada
Assist with case planning, troubleshooting, and workflow coordination as needed
Contribute to overall lab quality, service, and customer satisfaction
Support Crown & Bridge and/or digital workflows if experienced in those areas
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Dental Technician (RDT)
Experience with repairs and relines required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest or experience in helping grow business relationships is preferred
Crown & Bridge experience is an asset
Digital dental experience is an asset
