Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Register patients and enter data accurately

- Answer phone calls/emails and respond in a timely manner

- Manage patient appointments and schedule accordingly for multiple providers

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:

- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and dependable is a must

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is a must

- Previous experience in the dental field or in a similar customer service role is preferred

- Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus

- Knowledge of dental software and receptionist duties is beneficial

- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems is a must

- Strong organizational skills, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
