Registered Dental Hygienist – School-Based Mobile Dental Program
Dentists R Us – Troy, MI
Dentists R Us is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care to children in school settings throughout Michigan.
Responsibilities
Provide prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Demonstrate excellent sealant placement with an emphasis on long-term retention.
Perform Kindergarten Oral Health Assessments (KOHA) as required.
Educate children on proper oral hygiene using age-appropriate communication
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Work collaboratively with dentists, dental assistants, and school personnel.
Qualifications
Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Strong preventive dentistry and emphasis on sealant placement skills.
Experience working with children preferred.
Professional, reliable, organized, and compassionate.
Excellent communication and patient management skills.
Work schedule follows the Michigan public school academic calendar.
