What You Need
Pediatric Dentistry Certificate from an accredited program
DDS or DMD degree with an active Illinois dental license
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, team-focused attitude
Passion for educating children and families

Deliver pediatric dental care in a compassionate manner
Build trust with children and families through education and communication
Diagnose, treatment plan, and manage comprehensive pediatric dental needs
Provide preventive, restorative, and behavior-guided care
Collaborate closely with orthodontic, oral surgery, endodontic, and other specialty providers
Help create positive dental experiences that encourage lifelong oral health
