We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support a busy Dental Surgeon working across multiple dental clinics. This remote position is ideal for someone who excels at administrative coordination, communication, and schedule management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a productive, organized schedule that maximizes efficiency across all clinic locations while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating appointments, managing communications with clinics, supporting business development efforts, and providing comprehensive virtual administrative assistance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and optimize the Dental Surgeon’s schedule across multiple clinics.
* Coordinate appointments and availability with clinic staff and the surgeon.
* Ensure a productive, well-organized schedule that maximizes clinical efficiency.
* Communicate with existing dental clinics regarding scheduling, updates, and operational matters.
* Reach out to new dental clinics to establish potential professional collaborations.
* Respond to emails, inquiries, and administrative requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate calendars, records, and appointment systems.
* Follow up on pending requests, confirmations, and clinic communications.
* Assist with general virtual administrative and operational tasks as needed.
* Support the smooth day-to-day operations of a multi-clinic dental practice.
* Act as a central point of communication between the Dental Surgeon and partner clinics.
**Requirements:**
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in administration, front desk coordination, virtual assistance, or customer service.
* Proficiency with email, calendar management, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
* Professional, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
* Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.
