Job Description
About Our Practice
We are a private, specialty-driven dental practice led by a prosthodontist and a periodontist, built on a foundation of quality patient care, personal integrity, accountability, teamwork and continuous growth.
We take pride in practicing high-quality, ethical dentistry doing what is right for patients, being honest with ourselves and our outcomes, and constantly learning to improve both clinically and as a team. We value open communication, mutual respect, and shared ownership of both successes and challenges.
At Lifetime Dental & Implant Center, we strive to provide quality over quantity, comprehensive treatment planning, and long-term patient relationships. We utilize a fully digital workflow, including an in-house 3D printer, and encourage thoughtful, well-executed dentistry rather than rushed care. This is a great environment for learning, collaboration, and professional development.
Our Core Values
Quality of Patient Care — every treatment plan is built around what's actually right for the patient, not what's fastest.
Personal Integrity — honest with patients, honest with ourselves, honest about outcomes.
Accountability — we own our results and learn from our misses.
Teamwork — respectful, communicative, and supportive of every member of the team.
Continuous Growth — clinically and professionally, we're always improving.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Restorative Dentist to join our growing practice. This role is focused specifically on restorative dentistry exams, consults, and the full range of restorative treatment, working alongside our prosthodontist and periodontist in a collaborative, high-volume implant and full-arch environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, established dentist who wants to focus on restorative work at a high level, without the administrative burden of running their own practice, and who's excited to grow within a practice that's actively scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Perform new patient exams and consults
Deliver restorative treatment including but not limited to:
Fillings
Crowns
Implant crowns
Dentures and overdentures
Collaborate with our surgical team (prosthodontist and periodontist) on full-arch and implant cases, including case planning and restorative follow-through
Maintain high standards of documentation, treatment planning, and patient communication
AOX (All-on-X) restorative experience is a strong plus
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dentist who:
Demonstrates personal integrity and takes pride in honest, ethical dentistry
Is accountable, open to feedback, and committed to learning from challenges
Has a growth mindset and values continual improvement
Is a true team player — respectful, communicative, and supportive of colleagues
Is compassionate, personable, and provides excellent patient care
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 4–5 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist (required)
Demonstrated comfort and competence with crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, and implant restorations
AOX / full-arch restorative experience preferred
License/Certification
CPR Certification (Required)
DEA Certification (Required)
ACLS Certification (Preferred)
Oral Conscious Sedation certification (Preferred)
IV sedation certification (Preferred)
Mentorship & Growth
Direct collaboration with a prosthodontist and periodontist on complex, interdisciplinary cases
Exposure to a high volume of implant and full-arch restorative cases
Ability to grow professionally in a supportive, non-corporate environment
Potential to add additional clinical days as the practice scales
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Part-time to start.
1 day per week (Monday or Wednesday)
Compensation: percentage of production which will be discussed in person.
How to Apply
If you are an experienced restorative dentist looking for a practice where quality dentistry, mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth truly matter, we would love to hear from you.
Please send your CV and a brief introduction to admin@lifetimedentalcaretx.com.
