Russian-Speaking Medical Receptionist

Oakton Health Center is hiring a medical receptionist to welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support our front desk team.

Fluent Russian is required for this position. Please apply only if you can comfortably speak Russian with patients about appointments, forms, and routine office questions. Applicants who do not speak Russian will not be considered.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
Answer calls and schedule appointments
Verify patient information and insurance
Respond to routine patient questions in English and Russian
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
Qualifications
Fluent spoken Russian and English required
Medical office or healthcare reception experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
