We’re a vibrant medical office and spa located in Decatur, GA, looking for a personable, professional, and sales-driven Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Our doctor is highly visible in media, appearing on TV, podcasts, and social platforms, with a popular website and blog. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What We’re Looking For:
Bright, outgoing, and patient-oriented individuals with exceptional customer service skills.
A professional who can juggle responsibilities with grace and a positive attitude.
Sales-driven candidates who are eager to promote services (bonus incentives included).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of current experience in a similar role.
Up-to-date resume with a professional photo/headshot is required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to calls professionally, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate person.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.
Field marketing experience and proficiency with computer programs and apps.
Uphold professional dress standards, punctuality, and a courteous demeanor.
Follow up on New Patient leads in Go High Level
