Job Summary
Sante Dental is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our caring dental team. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take dental radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to individual needs
Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and recommend appropriate treatments
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care
Maintain accurate patient records using dental management software
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and infection control protocols
Support pediatric patients with gentle care and effective communication
Bilingual communication skills are a plus to serve a diverse patient population
Skills
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in accordance with NS regulations
Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to communicate effectively
Familiarity with infection control standards and safety procedures in a dental environment
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
