What We’re Looking For
Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual with experience in a dental office? We’re seeking a Schedule Coordinator to join our Smile Makers team. As a key leader in our practice, you’ll help us deliver top-notch patient care while supporting a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Maintain a professional, warm demeanor in all interactions—whether over the phone, in person, or via digital platforms.

Scheduling: Schedule patients efficiently while prioritizing patient convenience and supporting daily production and scheduling goals.

Treatment Plan Presentation: Present treatment plans effectively, ensuring patients understand their options and financial responsibilities.

Financial Coordination: Confidently discuss and collect patient portions, assisting with financing options to ensure patient satisfaction.

Insurance Knowledge: Understand ADA codes and insurance policies to assist in billing accuracy and claims processing.

Metrics & Goals: Monitor and optimize scheduling efficiency, field cancellations, and maintain data accuracy to contribute to the practice's success.
