Job Description
Our busy and growing orthodontic office is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! We are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.
Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet patients and parents in a professional, friendly manner
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out
Collect payments and verify insurance benefits
Maintain accurate patient records
Draft and respond to emails and office communications
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive, professional attitude in person and on the phone
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable and punctual
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Dental or medical office experience preferred
