Who we are
Fresh Orthodontics is a one-doctor practice in Park Slope. Small team, high standard, genuinely good culture. Patients come back because they trust us. A lot of that trust starts at our front desk.

We're looking for a Scheduling Coordinator. Not necessarily someone with dental experience. Someone who is just really good with people, stays composed when things get busy, and takes pride in doing their job well.

If you've spent your career making people feel welcome, managing a busy environment with ease, and communicating with warmth and professionalism, we want to hear from you.

What the role looks like
You're the first voice patients hear and the first face they see. You'll manage appointment flow, answer phones, handle scheduling, and make sure every interaction feels smooth and personal. We'll teach you everything clinical. What we can't teach is how to genuinely connect with people.

What we need from you
2 or more years in a customer facing or guest services role
A work history that shows you stay and grow where you land
Calm and upbeat under pressure
Warm on the phone and in person
Organized, reliable, and a team player
What you get
