Scheduling Coordinator

Well-known fast paced periodontal office with locations in Johnston and Providence seeks an experienced scheduling coordinator to join our team 3 days a week. Candidate must be self-motivated and a team player with superb customer service and organizational skills.

Duties include:
Professionally assisting patients with checking in and out of the office
Discussing financial obligations
Collecting and processing payments
Submitting dental insurance claims
Overseeing and maintaining a full doctors and hygienists schedules
Answering 4-line telephone system
Other clerical duties
