The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills, that will work closely with our doctors and patients. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus and must be available for work 7:40 am - 6:15 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday from 2:30 pm - 6:15 pm and Friday from 7:40 am to 1:15 pm. Friday afternoon off every week and no weekends!

Responsibilities:
You will be busy moving throughout the office, assisting the doctor and helping patients. There is not a lot of time sitting at the front desk.
· Welcome patients and serve as the first impression
· Schedule appointments
· Assist patients with intake & inquiries
· Assist doctor with therapeutic modalities & documentation of treatment
· Compile patient documentation for medical record requests
· Other duties as they arise
​Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a medical office environment or customer service is required
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Great personality and helpful, teamwork attitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
