Our practice is unique: roughly 95% of our patients come to us through referrals from dental colleagues and specialty practices seeking our team's specific talents. Our clientele is discerning and expects white-glove care alongside complex, detail-oriented scheduling.

What We're Looking For
We're adding a seasoned dental administrator to our strong team of professionals. The ideal candidate has:
A minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience
Enthusiasm for learning the ins and outs of cosmetic dentistry
Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
Excellent English fluency and a consistently professional demeanor

What You'll Do
Manage heavy day-to-day correspondence by phone, text, and email
Collaborate with our doctors on treatment planning
Own calendar management and prepare the team huddle each day
Greet patients and serve as the warm, final touch-point of every visit
Collect payments and manage scheduling and patient follow-up
Support miscellaneous projects as they arise
Office Hours
Monday, Tuesday; Thursday: 7:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 6:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Alternating Fridays: 6:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $25–$30, based on experience
