The Center for Outpatient Surgery is seeking a Scrub Technician to join our team.
This role is 4 days/week Full Time.
Responsibilities:
Setting up the operating room prior to surgery
Stocking surgical supplies
Checking surgical machines and equipment
Passing instruments to surgeons during surgery
Assist with minor medical procedure Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
You must meet the NJ requirements under the Surgical Technologist law to be considered for this opportunity
BLS is required
No experience needed, willing to train
Must be certified (CST) certified scrub technician
Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech Program and a Certified Surgical Tech
National certification is preferred
Must be self-starter who works well independently
Time management and prioritizing skills a must
Ability to multi task
SPD Certification is a requirement upon hire
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $30-$35 an hour
the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
