Our warm and growing dental clinic is looking for a Dental Secretary to join its dynamic team in a pleasant, supportive, and caring work environment. The clinic is located in the beautiful Beaurepaire neighbourhood in Beaconsfield.

Desired Profile:
Previous experience in dental administration is an asset
Fluency in both French and English
Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
Comfortable managing appointments, patient records, and general administrative tasks

Profil recherché :
Expérience en secrétariat dentaire souhaitée
Maitrise du français et de l’anglais
Excellentes habiletés en communication et sens du service à la clientèle

À l’aise avec la gestion des rendez-vous, dossiers patients et tâches administratives courantes
