We are a friendly, growing private dental office looking for the right person to join our front desk team.

For us, personality and office culture are extremely important. We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, dependable, and enjoys working with both patients and coworkers. Dental experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn.

Sending statements and following up on outstanding balances
Working with dental insurance companies regarding benefits, claims, and payments
Helping patients understand their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the office running efficiently
Providing excellent customer service and making patients feel comfortable and welcome
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly and personable
Easy-going and pleasant to work with
Reliable and responsible
Organized and able to multitask
Comfortable speaking with patients on the phone and in person
Willing to learn new systems and skills
Comfortable discussing payments and collecting balances
A team player who wants to contribute to a positive office environment
Able to stay calm and friendly even when the office gets busy
Previous dental front desk experience is a plus, particularly experience with scheduling, dental insurance, billing, or practice-management software, but attitude, personality, and willingness to learn are just as important to us as experience.

About Our Office
We are a privately owned dental practice that takes pride in providing excellent care in a relaxed, friendly environment. We want our patients to enjoy coming to our office, and we want our team members to enjoy coming to work.

If you're looking for a dental office where you can learn, grow, and become an important part of the team, we'd love to hear from you.

Please send your resume along with a brief introduction telling us a little about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit for our office.
