Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Spanish speaking is a must
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to maintain organized office records.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence for accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Maganing Heasth insurances indicating elegible coverage
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Bilingual abilities (Must speak both english and spanish)
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is essential.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
