Seeking Collaborative Dentist – RDHAP Practice Partnership Opportunity
Established RDHAP practice located in San Diego, California is seeking a California licensed dentist interested in a collaborative practice model.

Our practice currently serves children, seniors, special needs populations, Head Start programs, and community-based preventive dental programs. We are a Medi-Cal Dental provider and continue to expand our presence throughout San Diego County.

We are seeking a dentist interested in:
Providing periodic examinations and restorative services
Participating in teledentistry and treatment planning
Expanding access to care for underserved populations
Growing patient volume through an established community outreach network
Exploring PPO and private insurance opportunities
Building a long-term professional partnership
The ideal candidate values prevention, community outreach, patient-centered care, and innovative practice models.

Flexible scheduling and partnership structures will be considered.

California dental license and malpractice coverage required.
