We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of dental instruments and equipment. This position requires a strong understanding of sterilization processes, medical terminology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment following established protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of instruments for dental procedures, ensuring all tools are properly cleaned and sterilized.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to infection control standards.
Conduct regular inventory checks of sterilization supplies and report any shortages or needs.
Stay updated on best practices in sterilization techniques and participate in ongoing training sessions.
Experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
