Senior Dental Reception Position

Our privately owned, boutique dental practice specializing in cosmetic dentistry seeking an experienced Senior Dental Receptionist to join our team.

This is a Monday to Thursday position (7:15 AM – 4:45 PM) with no evenings or weekends, offering excellent work-life balance in a supportive clinical environment.

We are looking for a confident, organized professional who can take ownership of front desk operations and support the leadership team in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Full front desk and reception duties including patient scheduling and communication
Dental insurance coordination and financial treatment presentation
Month-end reporting and administrative reconciliation
Leading weekly staff meetings and supporting team communication
Managing patient records and workflow using Tracker software
Ensuring smooth daily operations in a small, close-knit office

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years dental reception/administration experience (required)
