Compensation: 900$ base or 20% of production (High End Cash Fees)
Schedule: Part-Time transitioning into Full-Time
About the Role
This is a very special role for an an exceptional SPANISH SPEAKING implants and cosmetic dentist who wants to settle in and DOMINATE in Downey CA. We are a very quickly growing, HIGH END implant and aesthetic dental center. You will be required to make a lot of content and we will be building your brand in association with 5D Smiles.

Dr. Qiu, our founder will be taking on a mentorship and marketing role while doing complex implant cases and All-On-X.

You will be working with All-On-X, restoring implants, and collaborating in full mouth restoration cases.

We have all the latest technology for you to be successful including:
CBCT, Trios 4, PRP Centrifuge, LANAP, UV-Activated Implants, Implant Motor, Hu-Friedy Extraction Tools, and much more.

Skills we are looking for:
Full mouth reconstruction, veneers, implants, bone grafts, ridge augmentations, lateral sinus lifts, prosthodontics, LANAP, gum grafts, gum lifts.

This role is ideal for a clinician who:
Enjoys surgical dentistry and HIGH END aesthetic excellence
Wants mentorship, volume, and a clear path to becoming a 2nd surgeon and 1st surgeon in the practice
You’ll work closely with an experienced implant surgeon in a calm, supportive, high-standards environment.

Clinical Scope
Depending on your skill set and interests, your work may include:
Dental implants, extractions, and surgical procedures
Full-arch and comprehensive treatment planning
Aesthetic dentistry (veneers, cosmetic cases, smile design)
Restorative and functional dentistry
Patient education and case presentation in Spanish and English
Who We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD (licensed or license-eligible in California)
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Strong interest in surgery, aesthetics, or both
High clinical standards and attention to detail
Calm, grounded chairside presence
Team-oriented, reliable, and growth-minded
