Job Description
Dental Assistant – ACE Dental
“Big-City Dentistry. Small-Town Heart.”
At ACE Dental, we deliver fast, high-quality care with warmth, empathy, and heart. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who wants to do more than just assist — we want someone who takes pride in creating an experience that surprises and comforts our patients while helping them say yes to life-changing treatment.
If you’re team-driven, dependable, and excited to elevate your clinical skills in a tech-forward, patient-first practice — you belong here.
What You’ll Do:
Set the tone for an outstanding patient experience from the moment they enter the operatory
Anticipate doctor needs during treatment, ensuring precision and flow
Support all clinical procedures with excellent preparation, setup, sterilization, and infection control
Assist in diagnostic procedures including radiographs, impressions, and study casts
Fabricate temps, deliver post-op instructions, and answer patient questions confidently and compassionately
Take full ownership of your space — ensuring equipment, supplies, and systems are ready and functioning daily
Help educate and guide patients through their treatment journey in partnership with the doctor and Admin Team.
Step in to support the Admin team as needed with phone calls, scheduling, and patient follow-up
What Sets ACE Apart:
We’re a one-stop dental home for working families — fast, affordable, and high-quality
We invest in our team’s growth through training, coaching, and development opportunities
Our assistants play a key role in treatment acceptance, not just support
We believe in long-term relationships, not gimmicks — and it shows in how we treat both patients and team members
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas (required or in process)
At least 1 year of chairside experience preferred
Energetic, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced clinical environment
A team player with great communication and patient-facing skills

Willing to grow with us — clinically, professionally, and personally
Job Type & Compensation:
Full-Time
$17.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
Daily and monthly bonuses
Benefits:
