We’re looking for a Sterile Assistant to join our team and help keep our clinic running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Position Requirements
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Current CPR certification
Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Strong attention to detail and organization
Dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
Key Responsibilities
Independently run and maintain the sterilization area throughout the day
Clean, sterilize, package, and organize instruments following proper sterilization and infection control procedures
Monitor sterilization equipment and ensure established protocols are consistently followed
Clean, disinfect, and flip patient chairs between appointments
Keep operatories stocked and ready for the clinical team
Take patient records, including photographs, X rays, scans, and other records as trained
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sterile and clinical environment
Work closely with the clinical team to keep patient flow and the daily schedule running smoothly
