Responsibilities
Assist with sterilization and chairside dental assitance.
Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate records using dental software
Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Prepare and maintain patient files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Support dental professionals during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to assist in patient care and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and office efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Experience
Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role is preferred, specially if there is any work experience in healthcare field.
Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting is a plus.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is advantageous.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental practices is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
