Sterilization Tech/ Dental Assistant

At Dr. Joe & associates we believe in smiles for days, and that starts with an awesome team behind the scenes. We’re a friendly, fast-paced dental office where teamwork is everything, and no two days are ever the same.

Right now, we're on the hunt for a Sterilization Superstar who has an eye for detail, and doesn’t mind rocking a pair of gloves like a pro.

What You'll Do :
Sterilize instruments using high-tech equipment
Keep our treatment rooms sparkling between patients
Help prep trays and tools so our clinical team can keep doing what they do best
Stay on top of sterilization logs and supply levels
Jump in where needed, because you're a team player
What We're Looking For:
Have dental assisting, clinical experience or training, or
Hold or are pursuing a science-related degree, or
Are interested in pursuing dental school or a career in dentistry.

Prior dental/medical experience = awesome, but not required (we’ll train the right person!)
You’re organized, reliable, and cool under pressure
You take infection control seriously
You can move fast, stay focused, and handle a little chaos with grace
