Busy Denturist office looking for a sterilization tech/receptionist- Excellent learning environment with a friendly atmosphere.

THE COMPANY:
Beautiful Smiles Denture Clinic has been committed to providing denture-related services to the Cowichan Valley since 2004. We have two busy denture clinics located in Duncan and Chemainus, BC. Stephanie Yeats, owner and Denturist, has travelled worldwide to learn the latest innovations and cutting-edge technology in the dental field.
THE POSITION:
We are looking for a full-time Sterilization Technician / Front Desk Administrator with customer service experience who is motivated and has attention to detail. The starting wage starts at $25-$30/hour, but the wage is negotiable depending on experience. Core responsibilities include sterilizing dental instruments, cleaning operatories, taking intraoral photos, scheduling appointments, coordinating with patients and insurance companies, and providing front-desk customer service.
Reception and/or customer service experience is highly valued.
Excellent organizer, multitasker and can follow directions well.
Able to interact positively with people of all ages.
Good telephone etiquette.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Occasional holiday and sickness relief at our Chemainus office.
THE LOCATION:
Beautiful Smiles Denture Clinic is based in Duncan, BC. Our location is in the heart of the city in the Hilltop Building. Our office is prized for its beauty and relaxing feel. With plenty of windows, this lets in natural light and showcases the surroundings.
WHY SHOULD I APPLY?
Guaranteed 8-hour shifts. Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
3 weeks vacation (one has to be taken at Christmas time as our office closes).
Learning opportunities, including courses and excellent training programs.
Work with the best equipment and software.
Warm and friendly atmosphere.
Just a short walk to downtown Duncan.
