Job Description
Coordinate Surgeries for multiple physicians in our 3‑OR center
Work Closely With Physician Offices to ensure every patient is fully prepped for surgery
Support Front Desk Operations — check‑ins, phones, mail, data entry, and more
Guide Patients Through Insurance questions with confidence and clarity
Keep our workflow smooth, efficient, and patient‑friendly
What Makes You a Great Fit
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
Experience in surgery scheduling or a medical office is a big plus
Fast, accurate data entry and strong communication skills
Calm, friendly, and service‑oriented — even on busy days
Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
