The Role We're looking for a Dental Assistant who wants to be in the room where the most advanced implant cases happen not filing paperwork in the back. This is a hands-on, high-skill role for someone who's genuinely excited by surgery, precision, and the technology driving modern implant care. You'll be working directly alongside world-class oral surgeons on cases that most assistants never get close to.

What a Great Day Looks Like You're in surgery by 9am. By midday you're running photogrammetry scans for a full-arch case. By end of day, you're handing a patient their new smile. That's the job and it never gets old.

What You'll Do
Assist chairside during AOX and implant surgeries alongside world-class oral surgeons
Support same-day temporary prosthesis delivery
Run 3D printing workflows for surgical and prosthetic components
Perform photogrammetry scans for full-arch implant positioning
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient surgical environment
Deliver a warm, reassuring experience for patients before, during, and after treatment
What We're Looking For
Experience with AOX/implant surgery, temp delivery, 3D printing, or photogrammetry is a major plus
Attitude and work ethic matter more than a perfect resume, if you're coachable and hungry to grow, we will invest in your training
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment
Dental assistant certification and radiology license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
