We are seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to assist with advanced periodontal and implant procedures while developing specialized surgical skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
Assist with periodontal and dental implant surgeries
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment
Obtain radiographs and diagnostic records
Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
Educate patients on post-operative instructions and treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Manage surgical inventory and supplies
Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience
Ideal Candidate
Dental assisting experience required
Surgical, implant, periodontal, oral surgery, or specialty experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a surgical environment
Eagerness to learn and expand clinical skills
Passion for providing exceptional patient care
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong dental assisting fundamentals, excellent work ethic, and a genuine interest in surgical dentistry.

Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
