Surgical/Medical Receptionist - Plastic Surgery

Busy private Plastic Surgery practice would like to add an additional full-time energetic and motivated Surgical receptionist to our staff.

Minimum responsibilities of the position include telephone answering, coordination and scheduling of patient & surgical appointments, and participation in patient record keeping. Prospective candidates are outgoing, energetic, comfortable with multi-tasking and interacting & working with others on a routine basis. Proficiency in use of Macintosh computers is expected. A 1-2 year experience in these capacities is preferred.

Experience in sales and customer service is desired as the position may also offer potential opportunities to participate in additional practice administration activities including Patient Care Coordination.

The position will include a routine Monday thru Friday schedule. The anticipated employment hours will likely be 8:00 am thru 4:00 pm.
