TC/Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and organized TC/Receptionist to join our team for both locations in Burnaby and port Coquitlam. This role serves as one of the first points of contact for patients while helping coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, ,maintain accurate patient records and correspondence, support front desk operations,scheduling, and patient communication.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences while supporting the clinical team and contributing to the growth of the practice.T
his role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently . The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere while supporting daily operations.

Experience working in a orthodontic, or general dental clinic.

General understanding of dental insurance.

Proven administrative experience, preferably in a dental office setting
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Previous sales experience will be considered an asset
Mandarin speaking ability is preferred
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
