Team Rover – Dental Clinical Support Position Summary
We are seeking a flexible, team-oriented Team Rover to support daily clinical operations in our dental practice. This cross-trained role helps maintain efficient patient flow, prepare treatment rooms, support providers, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively with dentists, dental therapists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and disinfect operatories and ensure treatment rooms are ready for patients.
Seat and prepare patients for treatment.
Assist providers with clinical procedures and anticipate treatment needs.
Take dental radiographs and perform other clinical functions as authorized and appropriately licensed or certified.
Clean, package, sterilize, and store instruments in accordance with infection control standards.
Stock operatories, monitor supplies, assist with inventory, and perform laundry duties.
Provide support throughout the practice based on patient volume and operational needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Current Local Anesthesia Certification
Dental Radiology Certification
