Temp Dental Receptionist

Our front office receptionist will be out for three months and we’re looking to hire someone to temporarily take her place.

We are looking for a person to be the "face" of our dental office.

This Entry Level position is for a front office receptionist duties are:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office

- Hand out new patient paperwork , data entry and scan documents

- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients

- Verify Medicaid insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and organizing documents

- Call to confirm next day's appointments
Experience in the dental field is not required however customer service experience is required. Evenings and weekends are also required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
